Access the Platform. To begin, go to the WhaCo admin page at https://admin.whaco.app/
Entering Data a. Country Code and Full Number
On the homepage, you will be asked to enter your country code and your full phone number. eg:34 936 09 74 07
Make sure to enter the data correctly to avoid errors in verification. b. Number Verification
Once the number is entered, you will receive a 4-digit verification code on your phone.
Enter this code in the corresponding field to verify your number.
Account Creation or Sign In a. Account Creation
If it's your first time on WhaCo, once the number is entered and verified, a new account will be automatically created for you.
Complete any additional data requested to finish the registration. b. Sign In
If you already have an account, after verifying your number, you will be automatically signed in to your existing account.
Not Receiving Verification Code
Make sure you have entered your phone number and country code correctly.
Verify that your phone has signal and can receive text messages.
If the issue persists, try again after a few minutes or contact our technical suppor
Error When Signing In
Verify that your phone number is registered on our platform.
If you forgot your password, use the password recovery option available on the login page.
